Great value as the final bill came under what I thought or even quoted over the phone. It's been 8 months since I got them replaced my old water heater and it is working good since then. Chase was willing to giving estimate based on the pictures of my existing component, explaining what's needed for the new installation and what can still work. Their pricing was lower than other large company in the market. The installation was neat, everything cleaned out after completion. He also explained to me how the atmosphere draft type of heater suffer when there is negative air pressure in the basement, and how my old unit is suffering from top panel rusted out. Adequate new air for the combustion, suggested me to install air louver allow air from the finished basement to supply new air. About the Bradford brand heater he installed, I think it is good, we got 6 people showering same night(not concurrent) and hotter water did not run out.

If you need a new water heater Chase at KC Water Heaters is the only call you need to make. He is very knowledgeable, professional, honest and meticulous. He will also save you a lot of money over some of the larger companies out there. For one thing, he won't try to sell you everything under the sun that you probably don't really need. I wish there was a company like KC Water Heaters for AC and all the other things that need service/repair/replacement in a home over time.
